The application interfaces with external cloud platforms, including Google Workspace APIs, to automate user-defined processes.

2. Authorized Use & Eligibility

  • Private & Administrative Access Only: ArtiQube is strictly intended for private internal workflows and designated operators. It is not an open, multi-tenant public SaaS offering.
  • No Commercial Resale: Users may not resell, lease, sublicense, or distribute the Service or access to its endpoints to unauthorized third parties.
  • Lawful Use: You agree to use the Application only for lawful purposes and in accordance with all applicable international, national, and local data protection regulations.

3. Integration with Third-Party & Google Services

  • Compliance with Provider Policies: Use of integrations with third-party platforms is subject to the respective terms and acceptable use policies of those providers, including the Google Terms of Service and Google API Services User Data Policy.
  • Revocation of Access: You may disconnect or revoke API tokens at any time via your provider settings or the Google Account security console.

4. Prohibited Activities

When using ArtiQube, users and automated tasks shall not:

  • Transmit malicious code, viruses, or disruptive payloads through external API endpoints.
  • Attempt to circumvent access controls, security mesh configurations (Tailscale), or encryption protocols.
  • Use automated routines to send unsolicited bulk communications (spam) or engage in unauthorized scraping.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

  • “As Is” Basis: The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
  • Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator of ArtiQube shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from data loss, workflow interruptions, or API rate limitations imposed by third-party services.

6. Modifications & Termination

We reserve the right to modify these Terms or suspend automated routines at any time to maintain system stability, security, or compliance with integrated API provider requirements.
